secrets: hates being alone, doesn't know her parents & finds it had to be around normal people all of the time
likes: being around other abnormals, having some sort of tech near her at all times, meaning something important, pretending to be a secret super hero type person & playing video games
dislikes: having people protect her, not knowing all of the details within a situation, soda pop/brown food, stress in general & being told that she can't do something
strengths: she is a good shot, computers & surveillance
weaknesses: wont stop talking, can be rash in high pressure situations & wont stop until she literally does drop.

personality:

Khair is you average young adult, most of the time. She will always try to prove you wrong if you say something and will always try to one up you in some of the worst situations. Just like most people her age, due to her inexperience, she can be a little careless and will be quite rash and not realize and accept that she has done something wrong.

I would say that she is rebellious but sometimes she can be slightly. Very outgoing and is willing to try anything and everything that is put in front of her. If you give her your respect that she will give you hers, no ifs ands or buts. That is something that she has lived by for most of her life and thus it makes her hard to trust most people.

history:

Khair had a normal childhood, group up with her grandparents after her parents had died when she was born, and had no idea about her abilities and her being a HAP until she was in her early teens. As soon as her grandparents had worked this is, they had gone to the London Sanctuary and asked them to look after her. To make sure that she would be safe and would be able to learn how to control her transformations and master her sight. It was around this time that she had lost her sight, this is one of the main theories behind her actually getting her sight ability.

The first couple of years were really hard on her. It wasn't until she found her love for computers and such that she was able to grow her friendship circle and improve her ability. She was able create and pair of googles that improve her sight, making it so that she was able to use her hyper sight to be able to see in more detail. It is buggy but she is always improving them and that is what she spends most of her days doing.

During her time in the Sanctuary she also found a talent for computers and weapons, as they are something that the Sanctuary has a surplus off, and began researching and it soon became something that she would want to do for the rest of her life. That is were her life is at at this point. She knows the weapons and computerizing parts of the London Sanctury to a tee and that is what she loves to do. She isn't allowed on jobs as of yet but she has always wanted to be able to go on one and contribute just a little more to the place that she called home.

hello! my name is katey! and i'm excited to be here. i've been roleplaying for about 4 years now. other characters on this site that belong to me are none of the above. my time zone is brisbane times. and that's all you need to know about me! oh, and this is what an average post for me looks like:

So, this was how I started everyday right. Wake up because something is going off or someone broke something in the lab. You would think that I was used to this by now but apparently not, unfortunately. Apparently todays bucket of wonder had pulled out some new abnormal that had been found in the sewer of all places. Could smell the thing from my room and everything.

Grabbing my glasses and putting them on as I hopped out of bed, I slowly started to wonder around the place trying to get away from the smell and a few more minutes sleep but that wasn't going to happen. The next thing I know, someone taps me on the shoulder and I gasp which turning around. "Seriously? It's only you?" I said in a sarcastic tone to someone very familiar not before running off to try and get to the lab as soon as possible. The last thing I need is to be given work before I have even started.

As soon as I get to my little lab I feel at home. All of my toys are there and of course my baby is just sitting on the desk looking as sexy as ever. "Edith, we are gonna have some fun today." I said as I stoked the tower part of my computer hoping that no one was going to walk in on that,

Hi there! =) Glad to have another addition to the London Sanctuary!

I would prefer she'd be a little older, especially given she'll be a weapons specialist. However since she's a HAP, I'll still accept it.
