A Moment for a Cuppa || OPEN to any London Staff

Clarisse settles down in the lounge with a hot cuppa. She'd managed to avoid the abnormals who worked in the kitchen, still recovering from 'seeing' (and avoiding) her rather gruesome death at the claws of the griffin she'd delivered into the safety of the Sanctuary.

"Didn't happen, Clarisse." She breathes in the soothing smell of the mint tea and relaxes back in the chair, relishing feeling clean after her very long hot shower. "You did it again. Saved yourself."

She let her eyes shut as she sipped the brew, then pulled her tablet from the table beside her. "Might as well get my expense claim in before I head back to my caravan."

It had just been one of those days, so far at least. Khair had been up since the early hours wanting to get some progress done on some new software for her glasses but of course she had hit a stand still as wasn't able to get anything done so far today. Of course, the girl blamed it on the fact that she was tried and decided to go and grab a cup of coffee to actually try and wake up for once.

She had quickly made her way to the nearest coffee and as soon and she had seen the black liquid poor into her cup she added the needed milk and sugar to make it just right. Turning around she jumped a little, not realizing that there was someone else in the room. She regained her composure and walked over, realizing that it was Clarisse she smiled and sat just across from her. "Hello hello." Khair said, already feeling the coffee hit coming, which was just a little exciting, "You been good? Haven't seen you recently with all the missions coming in and everything."
