She hated plane rides. Even private jets were uncomfortable. You'd believe with all the money at their disposition, they could afford the best of the best. She stretched her arms and back, wincing at the soreness in her muscles.

She set foot on the New Mexico soil and put on her sunglasses. The sun was shining high, and there was barely a cloud in the sky. She was handed a leather briefcase by a man wearing a tuxedo and black sunglasses upon coming down the stairs of the plane. He bowed slightly as Jennifer extended her hand to take the case, then stood straight as the woman continued on her way. Another men accompanied her to a black SUV and opened the back door for her. Jennifer climbed in, putting her briefcase on the bench beside her as the door closed.

"Do we need to stop anywhere ma'am?" the driver asked, turning the engine on.

"No thank you, I had everything I needed on the plane." They left the landing pad, and the small private airport. She would be taking the plane back to Old City at the end of the afternoon. Susan had been warned that she was out of town and could run late, but Jennifer didn't intend for her visit at Area 51 to last more than a few hours.

As the car started on the country road, Jennifer turned to the briefcase and opened it. It was filed with files on a classified new project Addison had just given her. It was a project only a handful of people at SCIU knew about. No need to alarm anyone but the senior management until they knew more about the status of this operation. It concerned a group of abnormals that continuously escaped the government. They had also escaped the Cabal back when the organization was something to be feared. Now the remnants of the Cabal were scattered all over the globe, and their leader was reported missing.

SCIU had every intention to put their hands The Five. They had Helen Magnus under surveillance every day, but she wasn't their main target. As intelligent and resourceful as she was, her power didn't pose any direct threat to society. Her organization did, but that was being taken care of. Tesla and Druitt however were something else entirely. The vampire was under surveillance at Area 51. They let him get away with a few things, and he was running their main abnormal research facility, but Addison had felt it was a calculate risk. They needed to give him space and make him believe he was one of them, and he would stay in his position. It was the best way to keep an eye on him. Tesla didn't have access to any information that would put the organization at risk anyway.

Now, Druitt. Druitt was a whole other matter. According to their contacts and files, he had disappeared after the explosion that had unleashed the Hollow Earth abnormals on the surface. They had no idea where to find him, and Jennifer Magretta had been sent to Area 51 to see if Nikola Tesla knew anything.
