Zach is now nearly fully awake, awake enough to hear the questions from Helen " I remember being at the bar, having a few to drink, then I remember leaving & I wake up here. So after I left the bar I don't know what happened afterwards"
The alcohol is still having a really bad effect on Zach's mind as it keeps throbbing, he holds his head " ahh shit, have you got anything to help here ??" Points at his head & holds his head with his synthetic arm, that's when Zach realised that the two people in front of him have seen his arm, he tries to hide it as best he can.
